How do I rent equipment?

After choosing the equipment you need, specify the rental period and payment method. After we receive your quote and payment, you will receive an e-mail confirming your rental.

How do I request a quote?

You can request a quote through our Request a Quote Form or by calling (407) 990-4380. You can also e-mail us at rental@alocrental.com. If you prefer to send us an e-mail, please include details of the products you need, the delivery date, how long you want the equipment for, and the delivery address.

How far in advance of my event should I order the equipment?

We recommend you place your order as soon as possible. However, we can deliver the equipment the same day when necessary, depending on the customer’s specific needs and our stock availability.

How do I pay for the rental?

Our service is pre-paid. We accept a deposit in our bank account and you can also pay with most credit cards or through PayPal.

How will I receive my equipment?

Your equipment will be delivered to you via express delivery service. If you prefer, you can schedule the pick up and drop off of the equipment at our Orlando location.

Where does Aloc deliver equipment?

We deliver equipment throughout all of Central Florida.

How can I cancel an order?

To cancel your order, call us at (407) 990-4380 or email us as soon as possible. Be aware that fees may be applied depending on how long in advance you cancel your order.

How much are the fees to cancel my order?

  1. If we receive written notice of cancellation between 15 (fifteen) and 8 (eight) business days prior to the commencement of the initial Rental term, you are responsible for a cancellation fee representing damages and costs incurred in reserving the equipment for you, equal to 50% (fifty percent) of the initial Rental Quote.
  2. If we receive written notice of cancellation within 7 (seven) business days or less prior to the commencement of initial Rental term, then you agree to pay the entire costs described in the Rental Quote as a cancellation fee, representing damages and costs incurred in reserving the equipment for you.

When will I receive my equipment?

Usually we deliver the equipment 1 business day in advance, but we guarantee it will arrive on the first day of your period.

If I have trouble with my equipment, what can I do?

We check every piece of equipment before delivery. If you have any trouble, please contact us as soon as possible on (407) 990-4380. We will try to solve the problem remotely and if necessary we will replace the equipment within 8 business hours.

How can I extend my rental period?

Contact us and we will update your rental period.

How do I return my rental back to Aloc Rental?

We include a prepaid shipping label along with the equipment. At the end of your rental you must initiate the return shipping. If you chose to pick up the equipment directly from us, please return it to our location at the end of your rental period.

What if I´m late to return the equipment?

Please contact us as soon as possible so we are aware. Otherwise, we will have to charge you a late return fee, an additional rental fee, or even charge you the entire price of the equipment depending on how many days, according to our Rental Agreement.

What happens if my equipment breaks during the rental period?

To place a reservation, we require either an advance deposit or a credit card to authorize the anticipated charges for the deductible or the damage. But, if you choose one of the insurance plans, you will be charged only the deductible. Insurance covers non-intentional damage incurred to the equipment during your rental period. Weather-related damage, negligence or theft are not included. In that case, you are responsible for the cost of replacing the entire equipment.
